More jigs and a tool rack

A donut jig for turning bowl bottoms. Different sized rings can be used to hold a bowl against the flat surface using bolts and nuts. 	A donut jig for turning bowl bottoms.

I decided to attach one of the tool racks found back in the beginning of the exercise to the end of the big lathe bench. 	one of the tool racks found back in the beginning of the exercise gets attached to the end of the big lathe bench
